Many of our key professional staff have provided a wide spectrum of security operations and protective services in Iraq for the Multi-National Forces – Iraq (MNF-I), Joint Contracting Command – Iraq/ Afghanistan (JCC-I/ A), Tetra-Tech Foster Wheeler, United Nations Special Envoys, US Congressional Delegates, US Secretaries of Defense, Labor, Commerce and Health, Human Services, Heads of State and delegates from various countries as well as NGOs involved in the rebuilding of Iraq.

Our team has also been part of Security Operations conducted in Nigeria, Djibouti, Kenya and Egypt. With special emphasis on anti-piracy operations around the coasts of  Yemen and Somalia.

Through our vast network and alliances we have had access to many training locations and facilities. The facilities at our disposal are easily tailored to the specific task requirements. The training cadre is constructed of highly experienced certified instructors from all stakeholders such as;

Uganda Police, Uganda People’s Defense Force (UPDF) and other security organs, we also work with other foreign military agencies with emphasis on US Marine Corps doctrine and international law enforcement training methods and standards.

Our trainers are widely experienced in special operations, hence providing a more effective and precise training instruction to ensure that personnel are trained to conform to international standards.

Our training programs are physically rigorous and mentally challenging that only the fittest and intelligent are considered during the recruitment, vetting and training. These programs are continuous processes to ensure delivery of quality service at all times.

Our goal is to ensure each personnel assigned to any project will perform to the best of their ability and impress the client in our docket and attract potential clients through their skills. All our personnel are trained in, but not limited to, Entry Point Control (EPC), screening equipment, roving internal and external patrols, EPC operations, bodyguard responsibilities and detention of suspects should the need arise.

In order to monitor personnel deployed at different assignment sites, our Mobile Training Team (MTT) ensures that each security officer is qualified and intimately familiar with new tactics,  Techniques and Procedures (TTP). This has over time ensured success in all our projects and subsequently giving a service of quality that the client demands.

For unique clients, we provide tailor-made training programs to meet their specific needs and risk requirements such as banks, shopping malls, gas stations, industrial sites among others.

We have access to a wide-range of databases of security companies and government entities where by all applicants regardless of professional employment history are screened to establish that they hold the necessary clearances and skills, if required, to exceed the contract requirements.

This is done through our key security alliances who have pre-qualified former police and line infantry operators to staff all of its operations.
