Anzua Opio, Chief Operations Manager
Anzua is a friendly yet strict gentleman. He trained the first ever Bank Security guards in 1997 and later joined Security Group as a training officer in 1998. He is a good motivator thus explains his vast experience as both a trainer and consultant in the Private Security sector. Anzua trained at Crusader Academy in Pretoria, South Africa and is also an expert in self-defense and unarmed combat. This wealth of experience will bring Pinnacle to greater heights because he believes in performance and guidance.
Doris Adong, Group Technical Manager
Doris holds a bachelors degree in Information Technology and Communication from Kyambogo University and a higher diploma in Electrical Engineering from the same University. Doris Joined Pinnacle Security Ltd in 2009 as the Group Technical Manager. Previously, she worked for KK Security (U) Ltd as the Technical Manager for a period of two years where she managed a busy technical department installing and maintaining automatic alarms, CCTV, car tracking and Access Control equipment. Before KK Security, she worked for Armor Group Uganda (Alarm protection services) for a period of four years where she set up an IP CCTV system for one of the biggest telecommunication company (MTN) plus managing other departmental requirements. She has also been in the ICT industry on LANís and WANís, and is a skilled ICT support.
Katirima Seith Mwesigye, Business Development Manager
Seith has a Masters in International Business and a graduate in Bachelors of International Economics and Trade of Shenyang University. He has attended military courses in VIP close protection, Counter intelligence, Joint Anti-terrorism (JAT), Weapon handling and training in all small fires and most of the machine guns, Tactical driving, Radio communication and Self defense Seith is responsible for managing and building customer relationships; understanding, empathizing and responding to customer needs and requirements, Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them, Exploring ways of improving existing products and services and increasing profitability, Liaising with other internal departments such as accounts and operations, Identifying and analyzing an organizationís strategies and weakness, and respond to opportunities and threats in the marketing environment.
Sharon Kuku, Public Relations Manager
Sharon is a graduate of Mass Communication from Makerere University with great skills in media and communication. Sharon has worked with one of the biggest PR agencies in Africa Tell-Em PR in Nairobi attached to Uganda Breweries Ltd as the PR Manager in charge of Corporate PR, she has also worked with Uganda Media Centre, NTV and is currently handling PR and Media activities for Pinnacle Security Limited.
Monica Kamau, Customer Services Manager
Monica is currently pursuing her CIM certification with the Chartered Institute of Marketing.She holds a masters degree in International Business and a Bachelors degree in International business of Makerere University. She is a highly ambitious and performance driven B2B and B2C marketing professional with unparralled work ethic.She is also a team oriented leader with a successful track record and over seven years experience with proven competencies in marketing,management of marketing teams, corporate management, negotiations, contracts&projects management, public relations,marketing communications development and business development. Monica is well versed with matters of marketing strategy and business analysis through her broad experince in research and trademap.
Assy Natukunda, Finance Manager
Assy Natukunda holds a bachelor of Commerce (accounting) from Makerere University and a registered member of certified public accountants of Uganda. Assy joined pinnacle security limited in February 2016 as the Finance manager. Previously she worked for Guaranty trust bank for a period of 3years as head of branch operations at the head office which handles all customers from all branches. Before Gtbank, she worked for Diamond trust bank as the head of centralized cash management unit where she was in charge of inflow and out flow of cash to and from branches and bank of Uganda currency centre. Before this she was the branch operations manager, validation officer and teller.
Godfrey Gimei Munzzofu, Manager Dog (k9) Section
Prior to joining Pinnacle Security Ltd, Godfrey worked for Group 4 (Security Group Uganda) and Armor Group Uganda. He has professional training in Dog handling obtained in South Africa. He has worked as a K9 Project Manager in Tanzania where he was in charge of over 50 dogs and handlers. He worked with a US led Multi National Force in Iraq for three years fighting Terrorism under the Global Middle East Risk Strategies where he got 5 VBIED [Vehicle improvised Explosive Devices] and was awarded for professionalism. He also worked with Watertight Services as a Manager and Trainer for over 190 dogs and their handlers. (K9) are currently deployed in Iraq working for Sabre International Security and Juba International Airport in Sudan. He is currently pursuing a Diploma in Professional Dog Training at Penn Foster Career School based in the USA.
Patricia holds a bachelorís degree in Human Resource Management from Makerere University Business School and a Masters in Human Resource Management at Kampala International University. Patricia joined Pinnacle Security Ltd in 2016 as the Human Resource Manager. Previously, she worked with Protectorate SPC Ltd (Security Company) and she worked as the Assistant Human Resource Manager for one year and six months where she assisted in managing a busy work force. Some of the tasks included among others; recruitment and training, generation of NSSF plus PAYE and other statutory reports, management of leave, exits, wages and salaries, management of general welfare of workers. She is skilled, efficient, innovative, always on time and has a keen eye for detail.
Josephine Nakiyini, Fire Officer
Josephine is technically qualified with a Diploma in Electrical Engineering. She had internship with Ministry of Works, Housing and Construction and obtained practical experience in the field of Electrical Engineering. Electricity being a hazard of fire, she had a training in fire fighting and qualified with a Certificate in fire Fighting from Uganda Police Fire Brigade Head Quarters, which makes her competent enough in this field. She also served as a Human resource Manager for three years with Pinnacle security Limited hence enabling her to acquire public administration experience.
